Tour Operators are limited to one account per company. Please call the Tour Reservations Office at 613-996-0896 if you have questions regarding your account.

Terms and Conditions

Group reservations are free of charge and are considered private tours when reserving for 10 visitors or more. Reservations for Tour Operators are limited to 6 guided tours per day or 24 per week for each tour location.

Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $100 fee. Failing to cancel a reserved tour within 72 hrs of the time indicated in your order confirmation email may result in a charge. Arriving with fewer than 10 visitors (the minimum for group reservations) may also result in the cancellation of your tour and a $100 fee. A fee notification will be sent to the email address used to create this account. By accepting these terms and contitions, you agree to pay the fee if charged.
