Tour operators are limited to one account per company. Please contact the Tour Reservations Office at 613-996-0896 if you have questions regarding your account.

Terms and Conditions

Group reservations are free and considered private tours for 10 or more visitors. Reservations for tour operators are limited to 6 guided tours per day or 24 per week for each tour location.

Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a $100 fee. Tour must be cancelled 72 hours in advanced to avoid the cancellation fee. Arriving with fewer than 10 visitors (the minimum required for group reservations) may result in the cancellation of your tour and a $100 fee. A fee notification will be sent to the email address used for this account. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to pay any applicable fees.
